Rockabilly cat Ron Berry was born October 12, 1939, in Mariba, KY. Though the product of his church choir, his nigh profound influences included Elvis Presley and Jerry Lee Lewis, and piece static in heights school he cut his get-go rock 'n' roll & pluck sitting at the studios of Mt. Sterling station WMST. The session would not escort official release for close to a half century, and Berry dropped from vision until 1963, resurfacing on the Ken-H label with "I'll Give You All My Love." He later cut sides for the diminutive Wildwood and Pixie labels, merely was virtually forgotten by all merely the about omnivorous rockabilly collectors when the NBT label compiled material past (including his 1957 WMST roger Sessions) and present (like latter-day recordings with his Rock Creek Band) on the 2004 mark I Want You!

Remy Ma Prison Wedding Ceremony Cancelled

Rapper REMY MA's wedding to long-term partner PAPOOSE has been called off after the groom tried to break his bride-to-be out of jail.
The hip-hop star - real name Remy Smith - faces 25 years in jail after she was found guilty of shooting a woman outside a New York nightclub last year (07).
But rapper Papoose - real name Shamele Mackie - was determined to proceed with their pre-planned nuptials and the pair decided to exchange vows in Rikers Island prison in New York on Monday (12May08).
But according to the New York Daily News, the ceremony was cancelled because Mackie tried to smuggle in a handcuff key to break his bride free from jail - and subsequently has been banned from visiting his fiancee until November (08).
A prison official tells the publication, "A wedding was scheduled today and a visitor to that wedding service was found to be in possession of jail contraband so the wedding was cancelled.
"The key that was found today easily opened handcuffs that we and other law enforcement officials use.
"The visitor was sanctioned by not being able to visit Rikers Island again for six months. He was asked to leave.

Rhydian hoping to put X Factor behind him

'X Factor' runner-up Rhydian Roberts has said that he wants to put the talent show behind him.
The Welsh singer said he cried with disappointment after coming second, and added that he believes there was a "technical fault" on the voting lines.
Speaking to Real Radio Wales' breakfast show from a cottage in Oxfordshire, Rhydian said he was trying to distance himself from the press and wished winner Leon Jackson "the best of luck".
Referring to complaints from fans who say phone lines were jammed, Rhydian said: "How I see it is, it's obviously a technical fault on the night, and it might have affected all three competitors. I can't really complain."
Despite his disappointment, the 24-year-old from Sennybridge, mid Wales, said he believed his career could actually benefit from him not winning the ITV contest.
Commenting on Leon's victory, he said: "He's a talented boy and has his niche with swing music. I wish him the best of luck."
He denied reports that both he and his father believed the show was a fix, and said: "I can categorically say that I have not said any of that. I've stayed well clear - it's not what I believe. The only disappointing thing for us as a family was that they got my dad's age wrong. They said he was 60, so he's livid. He's only 58."
Rhydian said he didn't go to the after-show party because he was "absolutely drained". Instead, he went to see a performance by an orchestra with his family.
Rhydian, who said the interview was his first since Saturday's live final, said: "It's Leon's week and he should be celebrating and I don't want people coming up to me saying 'you were robbed', although it's nice. I didn't want to pull focus."
Rhydian, who is going on a two-week holiday to Mexico with his family on 27 December, added: "All I can say is I want to put that all behind me now - 'The X Factor'. My life is going to go on and I fully intend to record an album so watch this space and thanks so much to everybody."
More than 1,000 people have complained to UK regulator Ofcom, claiming they couldn't get through to vote for Rhydian during the final, but ITV have said Leon won fair and square.

Bens Brother, Stuttering (Kiss Me Again) Single Review

Bens Brother

Stuttering (Kiss Me Again)

Single Review

Ben's Brother are set to release their new Single "Stuttering (Kiss Me Again)" which has already been getting loads or airplay on a certain National Radio Station (Alright Radio One)

There is no doubt that in the shape of "Stuttering (Kiss Me Again)" Ben's Brother have found one of those melodic anthems that depressed folk working in a factory will sing along to, to help them get through the day. The band obviously seem somewhat more mature than most, but hey maybe that's down to their age (uncalled for dig!!!)

It has that addictive feel to it and no doubt their album will just be filled of similar tunes, and no doubt will be dubbed the new Keane. For a laid back track to unwind to, this could be a winner.
